Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes
The Recipe

2 lbs yukon gold potatoes

2 jalapenos
-
2 cloves garlic
-
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
small handful of cilantro
-
butter (measure with your heart)
Slice your jalapenos in half and seed them, peel garlic, cover both in oil and roast in oven 450 for 8-10 mins
Blend jalapeno, garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, cilantro until you have a smooth consistency
Boil and mash (or preferrably, rice) the potatoes
Mix in the butter
Mix in the jalapeno mixture
The Bullshit
This is a really good way to spice up (though its not actually spicy) mashed potatoes. There’s not really much else to it, it tastes like it sounds.
